1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing any course, product, or community membership provided by Kinney Entertainment LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Ownership of Content
All course & downloadable materials—including video lessons, written guides, vocal stems, instrumental tracks, presets, templates and all copyrighted musical content—are the exclusive intellectual property of Kinney Entertainment LLC, Stephen Kinney, and Katrina Burgoyne.
All copyrights, publishing rights, and master rights are fully reserved.
3. License for Personal Educational Use Only
You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the content for personal, educational purposes only.
You are strictly prohibited from:
- Using any provided audio (including vocal stems or instrumentals) in personal or commercial releases
- Remixing, sampling, or altering course content for distribution
- Uploading or sharing course materials to any platform (YouTube, social media, streaming services, etc.)
- Redistributing, reselling, or sublicensing any portion of the content
- Claiming ownership or authorship of any provided materials
Unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action and termination of access without refund.
4. Downloadable Content Restrictions
All downloadable materials are provided strictly for private, non-commercial educational use.
These materials:
- May not be used in any public or private release
- May not be shared, distributed, or transferred
- Are provided solely to enhance the learning experience
5. Payments and Refund Policy
All payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or platform providers).
Due to the digital nature of the products:
- All sales are final unless otherwise explicitly stated
- No refunds will be issued once access to the course, community or content has been granted
By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Kinney Entertainment LLC reserves the right to use account activity (including login history and course progress) as evidence of access in the event of a dispute.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated:
- Access to all courses, content, and community features may be immediately revoked
- The account will be considered not in good standing
- Access will not be restored unless the dispute is resolved in favor of Kinney Entertainment LLC
Kinney Entertainment LLC reserves the right to permanently deny future access to users who initiate chargebacks or fraudulent disputes.
7. Lifetime Access
Where applicable, “lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the product and is contingent upon the user’s account remaining in good standing.
Access may be revoked in cases of:
- Payment disputes or chargebacks
- Violations of these Terms
- Abuse or misuse of the platform
8. Platform Access & Migration
Kinney Entertainment LLC reserves the right to:
- Modify, update, or discontinue any course or platform
- Migrate content to new systems or platforms
- Change features, structure, or delivery format
Users will be provided reasonable access to updated systems; however:
- Specific features may change
- Course progress or tracking data may not transfer between platforms
9. Community Access & Participation (Studio Lounge)
Access to community features, including the Studio Lounge, may vary based on membership level.
- Certain features (such as live sessions, AMA participation, or exclusive content) may be restricted to specific tiers
- Community guidelines must be followed at all times
- Kinney Entertainment LLC reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any user for inappropriate behavior, abuse, or violation of these Terms
10. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Sharing account access is prohibited and may result in termination without refund.
11. Termination of Access
Kinney Entertainment LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user, without notice or refund, for:
- Violations of these Terms
- Unauthorized use of content
- Payment disputes or chargebacks
- Abuse of the platform or community
12. Limitation of Liability
Kinney Entertainment LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use—or inability to use—any products or services.
13. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
14. Acceptance of These Terms
By continuing to access or use this website, you expressly agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
